We guarantee a hanging weight of 325 lbs for a half beef, 650 lbs for a full beef. Once processed, you can expect to receive approximately 55-68% of the hanging weight.

We will send you a notification once your beef arrives at the processor. Once received, you must contact the processor directly to give them your cutting instructions and form of payment.

You should have about 7-9 cu. ft. for a half beef, and 14-18 cu. ft. for a full beef.
