Born and raised on a dairy in the little-big town of Snelling, CA Sarah has been heavily involved in agriculture from a young age. Active in the local 4-H and FFA in her youth, showing cattle, sheep and participating on livestock and dairy judging teams, Sarah went on to Stanislaus State to obtain her Bachelors degree in Ag Studies concentrating in Business and Economics. She interned for the USDA Farm Service Agency and worked for the Merced County Farm Bureau for several years. She has been involved in the Atwater FFA Advisory Board and is a Past President (2019-2021) for the Merced-Mariposa Cattlemen's Association. She is a member of the Merced-Mariposa Cattlemen’s Association, Merced and California Farm Bureau Associations, Merced Chapter California Women for Ag, California Cattlemen's Association, and the National Cattlemen's Association. Currently, Sarah works with some of the most successful people in agriculture & real estate and has gained an exceptional reputation helping clients navigate the real estate market.
Born and raised on a family farm in the Central Valley, Nick Zwart is no stranger to the farming industry in California. As a young man, he was active in 4-H and remains heavily involved today with managing his family’s almond ranch as well as his own almond business and cattle ranch. Nick is a member of the California Farm Bureau, California Cattlemen's Association, Merced-Mariposa Cattlemen's Association and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Nick has a vast knowledge of farming in the Central Valley and has made many trustworthy farming connections throughout the industry. His commitment to the almond industry on a local level as well as globally, is second to none.
